Glenn Dinetz

Glenn Dinetz has a B.A. from Mariette College, OH, and an M.B.A. from the Rutgers Graduate School of Business, in Newark, N.J. He has since significantly contributed to academia by developing the Financial Crime curriculum and certificate within the Rutgers Criminal Justice Master’s Program, and continues to share his expertise by lecturing in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Glenn began his career in law enforcement with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office while still an undergraduate, and then served as a Special Patrolman with the Millburn, N.J. Police Department while pursuing his M.B.A. Mr. Dinetz then became an Investigator with the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, where he conducted investigations into various types of fraud and handled high-profile criminal cases. For several years he was also an integral part of a joint State-FBI Healthcare Fraud task force.

Transitioning to the private sector, Mr. Dinetz started with American Management Systems, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance before advancing to Principal in the Insurance Technology Group. He then worked for KPMG, where he became a Partner in their Strategic Services Consulting Group and went on to hold Senior Partner positions with Deloitte Consulting and served as Head of Compliance Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet.

In response to the events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Dinetz founded Greystone Intelligence, a private investigation and intelligence firm dedicated to the detection and prevention of financial crime. Over the past two decades, Greystone Intelligence has provided anti-corruption and enhanced due diligence services to many of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Mr.Dinetz is a sought-after trainer and has lectured in the European Union, India, and China on financial crime prevention tactics. He is a past President, current Board Member and Global Higher Education Chairman of the NJ Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was also past Executive Vice President of the New Jersey Private Investigator’s Association.
